Seven stages over one replayed session: LMDB signal store read, gm_v9 event and capsule extraction, episode assembly, neuron probe scoring, risk and exposure checks, an operator decision gate, and the session journal. Completing the run opens an episode journal filterable by symbol and state, with per-episode probe breakdowns.
The demo is a static mock. It runs entirely in your browser on synthetic data — nothing is gated, nothing is collected.
